Patch Ladiy will gladly accept your return on all unworn items for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of the invoice date. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, you will not be able to return the items.                                                                                                        

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at Patchmanstore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. All warranty claims are barred if the item was subjected to misuse or improper care. If OYSIC determines that any returned item is not defective, the item will not be sent back to you and will be considered a return.                                                                                              

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
